Q. Does Aikorn employ any type of email filtering?
Yes. In an effort to improve the overall experience for our customers, Aikorn provides Spamcurb email filters at no additional charge to all of our users. Spamcurb utilizes many different spam fighting techniques to detect spam and prevent its delivery to your inbox. While the default Spamcurb settings are quite effective at stopping nearly all spam from reaching your account, you do retain control over your account's spam filter settings. To adjust your spam filter settings, including whitelist and blacklist settings, simply sign in to the Spamcurb control panel with your email account username and password.

Q. How do I send or receive email when I travel or am away from my own computer?
Use Aikorn's free webmail from which you can send and receive email from any web browser, anywhere on the Internet withouth having to reconfigure a mail program.

Q. How do I report spam I received in my email?
Aikorn takes a zero-tolerance policy towards spam. If you receive spam in your Aikorn email account, please forward the entire message, including complete email headers to

Make sure your email program is configured to use port 587 (instead of port 25) and authentication for the outgoing (SMTP) server. The authentication username and password are the same as your incoming mail settings. The steps for making these changes varies between email clients.
